Click the link, make a copy to your own Canva account, and it's yours to use straight away — no waiting, no delivery, no printing required unless you choose to.

Yes — you'll need a free Canva account to access and edit your resource. If you don't have one, signing up is quick and completely free at canva.com. A free Canva account is sufficient for all of our products.

Yes. All of our resources can be downloaded as PDFs and printed at home or through a print service. The designs are formatted to look beautiful in print. We recommend printing the Keepsake Book and Pregnancy Journal on good quality paper if you'd like a physical copy.

Each purchase is licensed for personal use by one individual. You're welcome to share your filled-in version with family and friends, but please don't share the original Canva link or redistribute the template. If someone you know wants a copy, they're very welcome to purchase their own — it supports us to keep making honest resources.

Your Canva link is sent automatically in your order confirmation email, usually within a few minutes of purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if it hasn't arrived. If you still can't find it after 30 minutes, get in touch at xavybaby2026@gmail.com and we'll resend it.

Because our products are digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds once the Canva link has been accessed. If you have a problem with your purchase — a technical issue, a link that doesn't work, or something that isn't as described — please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
